Steam (or probably smoke) coming out of neighboring buildings. Weather report says it's around 10 below (picture taken at 5:30am). You can imagine what the source of all that smoke is.
P.S. the photo was taken at around 5:30am. It was -10 degrees, even colder when taking into account wind, etc. You can imagine what the source of all the smoke was.
